River Belle's upgraded banking facility is called Web E-Cash. The following tutorial will provide you with step-by-step information, to use this facility quickly and easily.


1.  Open the banking page.
2.  Purchase Casino credits.
3.  What if my purchase is declined?
4.  Add a credit card.
5.  Cash-In your winnings.

1. Open the banking page:

Log onto the Casino with your real account number and click Bank.

A grey pop up screen notifies you that the banking page will open in a new window. Once you have completed your banking you can close this window and your Casino account will remain open. To continue to the banking page, click Yes.

2. Purchase Casino credits:

Once the banking page has opened, click on the Purchase tab, if it is not automatically opened.

The following purchase options are available:

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Gaming Card)
  • NETeller
  • Citadel
  • PrePaidATM
  • Firepay
  • ACH (Direct Bank Transfer)

To purchase credits:
i.  Choose the amount you wish to purchase by clicking on the amounts provided.
Or, enter a value in the 'Other Amount' block.
ii. Choose a purchase method from the list provided. If you do not
have a NETeller, PrePaidATM, Citadel or Firepay account, click on the
Sign Up Now links.

Please Note: If you purchase using your credit card, you will be required to insert your CVC/CVS code each time you make a purchase.

iii. If you wish to purchase Casino credits using ACH, click on the 'ACH' link
under 'Other Methods'.
iv. Then click 'Next' to process your purchase.
v.Your purchase will be confirmed before processing. You will have the option
to go back to the purchase page and make changes.

3. What if my purchase is declined?

If your purchase has been declined, the following message will appear on the Purchase page:

'Your purchase was declined.

The transaction may have been automatically declined by your credit card issuing bank, as a result of them not wishing to process gaming transactions and may not be a result of your available credit.

You may want to consider using one of the following purchase methods:

  • NETeller (more info)
  • Citadel (more info)
  • PrePaidATM (more info
  • Firepay (more info)'

Please Note: You may register up to 6 credit cards on your download Casino account.

4. Add a credit card.

To add an additional credit card to your Casino account, click on the Add Card tab.

  • You will be prompted to insert personal details.

After entering this information, click on the 'Next' button.
Remember that you may have up to 6 credit cards registered on your download Casino account.

5. Cash-In your winnings.

This facility allows you to transfer credits from your gaming account to your personal bank account. To cash in your money:

  • Click the Cash-in tab on the banking page.
  • Enter the amount you want to cash in and click the 'Cash-In' button.

A report displays the date and time of the transactions, the transaction numbers and a message stating whether the cash-in is successful.

If the cash-in is successful, it will be deducted from your gaming credits.

6. How do I reverse my cash-ins?

This function enables you to return cashed in credits back to your Casino account, before the cash-in has been processed.

Please Note: You may only reverse your cash-in within 48 hours of your last cash-in. Players can only reverse the full cash-in amount.

The Reverse Cash-in page will display the following information:

  • A list of unprocessed cash-ins. These cash-ins may be reversed.
  • The date and time of each cash-in.
  • The amount cashed in.

If all cash-ins have been processed, the following message will appear on the Reverse Cash-In page:

'There are currently no reversible cash-ins for your account.'
