There are 5 ways to fund a NETeller account but we recommend InstaCash.
It works like a regular Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), except your NETeller account is credited instantly - no more waiting and no more rejections.

NETeller is essentially a debit account, which means that the account must be
pre-funded to ensure successful online purchases.

Funding is simple through these 5 mechanisms:

• InstaCash *recommended
  Once you have signed up and verified a bank account with NETeller you will be eligible for InstaCash.
  
  NETeller InstaCash allows you to make INSTANT EFT deposits without having to wait the usual 2-4 business days for clearing and without the risk of rejection. Your account is credited instantly.
  
  NETeller will assign account holders with one of three different levels of InstaCash that will grant you varying amounts of credit depending on your transaction history.

• Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
  Move funds directly from your bank account into your NETeller Account. All you need to do is register and verify a U.S. bank account with NETeller in order to make this type of deposit.
  EFT deposits usually take 2 - 4 business days to enter your NETeller account.
  
  Please Note: If an EFT is returned to NETeller as 'Insufficient Funds' the player will be charged a US$25 NSF Fee.
  
  
• Bank Deposits
  Bank deposits to NETeller's account can be made through any Bank of America or Citibank branch. After the deposit has been made, notify NETeller by fax with the deposit slip. As soon as they get confirmation from the bank, the funds will be deposited in your NETeller account.
  
  
• Credit Card
  Credit card deposits can be made directly from within the NETeller site. Simply go to the Deposit section of your account and click on the VISA\MasterCard link. A 2.9% processing fee (minimum charge US$1) will be deducted from the amount you request.
  
  Please Note: Credit card funding may be declined by the issuing bank. Three invalid attempts within 1 hour will result in a player's NETeller account being automatically closed. Players will need to contact the customer service department on 1-888-258-5859 in order to have the account reopened.
  
  
• FCash Deposits, including Cash Advances
  NETeller has partnered with FCash to provide additional deposit methods. You can fund your NETeller account with an FCash account. This has many similar deposit options as NETeller as well as Cash Advances and Payday Loans. Please visit their website at www.fcash.com for all the details.

Why should a Player certify their NETeller account?

NETeller has instituted a certification program for clients to verify their identity and thereby acquire additional account benefits and privileges.

The benefits of certification are:

• Higher credit card limits for NETeller deposits.
• Higher limits on future deposit methods.
• Faster processing of deposits.

How do I become certified?

U.S. residents: NETeller members will become automatically certified when they register and verify a bank account with us.

International users: Non U.S. residents can become certified when they fax a clear copy of the front and back of their credit card and passport to 888-468-3703 or 403-269-9020.

What must I do to verify my bank account?

For the purpose of verifying your bank account you must authorize NETeller to make a small deposit and a withdrawal into your account. Once you confirm these amounts on your bank statement, enter them in the NETeller system and your account will be instantly certified.

Does NETeller service all countries?

NETeller does not service accounts from: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Croatia, Hungary, Indonesia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Latvia, Moldavia, Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Russian Federation, Slovenia, Slovak Republic, Thailand, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, and Yugoslavia. Can clients outside of the U.S. register a bank account with NETeller?

NETeller does not currently have the option for citizens outside of the U.S. to register their bank accounts for EFT deposits. However these citizens may request NETeller's account information and make a deposit directly into their corporate account. Clients must then fax NETeller the deposit slip to 1-888-678-2128, along with their name and direct phone number to the bank. After NETeller confirms the deposit they will credit your NETeller account.
